At the show, I walked by a booth in the lobby and saw the commemorative bricks, and saw that mine was right in front on the table.

The L I Parrot Society is taking donations to build the Museum,
Shelter & Learning Center. They say: "One Brick at a Time".

I can't tell you how tempted I was to get another parrot, they are so irresistible! I love all parrots, but I fell in love with a Black Headed Caique. If I do decide to get another bird, that's what I'm getting!
Aug 2006: Update... I fell in love again,

with a Pionous Parrot.
I have read about them on the internet, and just last month I was in Naples Florida
and visited the "Bird Lady" and she had 3 baby Pionous Parrots,
and yes, you guessed it right, I fell in love again!

Read below to see how many times I change my mind...

At one time I was thinking about an Amazon, then changed my mind towards an African Grey. Next I was infactuated with an Electus (but I couldn't decide on the boy or girl)
Oh, and I even contemplated a Mini Macaw.
I wound up with KiKi, my Senegal after alot of research. I decided my first parrot should be a smaller easier to handle bird. I bought her from a breeder in New Hampshire who was at the Parrot Expo in 2004. KiKi 's hatch date is July 6, 2004.

Don't forget, if you buy a PlayStand from us and you send us pictures of your parrot on it, KiKi will post it on her "Friends Page"
We have several people who have sent pictures already,
