At the Long Island Parrot Expo in Oct 2006, a customer (Carmen) came to our booth and told us about a PlayStand she had for her Yellow Nape Amazon Parrot (Praising). She explained how Praising had chewed it up. She wanted to know if we could replace/restore the chewed parts while maintaing the antique look, and utilizing the stand she had. Scott said he would take a look at it, and Carmen said she would bring it to our shop. Scott got to work to restore the playstand while coming up with an idea to make it almost chew proof, and of course to make it look good!
